Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting & Billing Manager (AutoTask + Xero).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AutoTask billing operations, including invoice cycles and contract setup
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and cash application processes
• Handle accounting tasks and month-end close activities in Xero

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in billing operations and/or operational accounting
• Hands-on experience with AutoTask billing or other PSA billing systems
• Proficiency in Xero for reconciliations and month-end close
• Experience managing accounts receivable and payment workflows
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues
