Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting & Billing Manager (AutoTask + Xero).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AutoTask billing operations, including invoice cycles and contract setup
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and payment applications
• Handle accounting tasks and month-end close processes in Xero

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in billing operations and/or operational accounting
• Hands-on experience with AutoTask billing or similar PSA billing
• Strong proficiency in Xero, including reconciliations and reporting
• Experience managing AR and payment workflows (Stripe and/or ACH preferred)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues
