Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical accounting research and collaborate on accounting policy decisions
• Lead initiatives to streamline and improve accounting processes
• Support month-end close processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in accounting and public accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent relevant experience
• Prior management experience within an accounting role
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
