Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to support eCommerce and wholesale clients during a temporary engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement wholesale revenue accounting processes, including billing, invoicing, cash application, and revenue recognition
• Oversee day-to-day wholesale transactional activity, including invoicing customers and ensuring timely collections
• Support year-end close by preparing/reviewing revenue entries, reconciliations, and schedules

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in wholesale accounting, including revenue recognition and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in NetSuite with strong knowledge of transaction types and revenue configurations
• Background in eCommerce accounting, with familiarity in Shopify preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Availability to work remotely during core business hours (PST)
