Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the internal accounting function and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of accounting systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary contact for external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required; CPA is a plus
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or similar) is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks or NetSuite, with system implementation experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to partner with business stakeholders
