Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger management and reporting
• Mentor and support the accounting team, providing training and performance feedback
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree with significant accounting experience accepted
• Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or Global Systems Integrator (GSI) environment
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and ability to calculate CECL and ASC 842
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar)
