Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager (Capitation & Claims).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for capitation and claims, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Evaluate contractual agreements related to payment methodologies and monitor capitation rate structures
• Provide analytical support and lead team responses to provider inquiries regarding capitation arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (Preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
• 5+ years of experience in managed care finance and accounting, including capitation and claims
• Management level experience at a health insurance company or integrated healthcare system (Preferred)
