Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations and ensure financial integrity as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance the month-end close process, ensuring accountability and improved timelines
• Lead the preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses to maintain a clean general ledger
• Design and strengthen internal controls and documentation to create audit-ready processes and financials

Qualifications/Skills:

• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth, multi-product, or multi-entity environment
• Big 4 public accounting experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and build processes in ambiguous environments
• Experience scaling accounting functions and leveraging automation or AI-enabled tools for efficiency
• Exposure to subscription-based businesses or technology-enabled services
