Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial close and reporting process to ensure timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Lead the preparation and review of financial reports, including variance analyses and key performance metrics
• Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required); CPA or CA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of combined public and private accounting experience
• Proven experience across major accounting processes and direct involvement in financial reporting cycles
• Experience with external audits and preparation of supporting schedules
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll and familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, ADP, and Workday preferred
