Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting clear goals and performance expectations
• Oversee financial close processes and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in accounting operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of related accounting experience, including 3 years in operational accounting management
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, preferably in a public company or high-growth environment
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
