Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-growth AI+SaaS company, the full-time salaried Senior Accounting Manager will own the entire accounting function, ensuring compliance with technical accounting standards, managing financial reporting, and leading a small team of accountants in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements under US GAAP
• Lead complex revenue recognition under ASC 606 for subscription and usage-based models, serving as the internal expert for technical accounting research
• Run bi-weekly payroll and oversee accounts payable, expense management, and AR/collections to optimize cash flow

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and payroll processing in ADP or a comparable platform
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606, with experience in technical accounting research and internal controls
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; active CPA preferred
• Remote position open to US-based candidates
