Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-scaling business unit, the fully remote Senior Accounting Manager will manage the accounting function, focusing on complex industry-specific accounting in auto warranty and insurance environments, while reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Oversee accounting for premium collections, claims activity, and multi-entity transactions
• Design and improve scalable accounting processes for warranty administration and service contract accounting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong leadership capability
• Experience in auto warranty, vehicle service contracts, or insurance industries
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and account reconciliations
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
