Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the procure-to-pay function, the full-time Senior Accounting Manager will oversee procurement operations, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and fixed asset processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency from purchase requisition to vendor payment at the Sunnyvale HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the procure-to-pay function, managing procurement operations, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• Oversee procurement workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Coordinate audit requests and support quarterly reviews and annual audits related to procurement and accounts payable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, procure-to-pay, or related fields
• Prior management experience supervising accounting or procurement teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control practices
• Experience in manufacturing or inventory-oriented environments preferred
