Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the record-to-report function, the full-time Senior Accounting Manager will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger accounting, close management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial review procedures
• Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure deadlines are met and results are accurate and complete
• Supervise and develop the Payroll Supervisor and Senior Accountant, including workload planning and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on close, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting
• Prior experience managing accounting teams, including supervising senior accountants or payroll staff
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control practices
• Experience in manufacturing or technology environments preferred
