Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing multi-entity accounting operations, the full-time salaried Senior Accounting Manager will oversee financial close and reporting, treasury, tax coordination, and audit management in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own daily accounting and financial reporting processes for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee cash management and tax compliance activities, coordinating with external advisors as necessary
• Serve as a key contact for external auditors, maintaining internal controls and strengthening financial operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with ownership of general ledger and financial reporting for both non-profit and for-profit organizations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience managing complex accounting processes
• Experience with treasury management, tax compliance, and annual audits
• Proficiency in systems and spreadsheet skills, with a focus on improving financial processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Finance leadership and external partners
