Job Summary

Guiding new clients through system setup and data clean-up, the remote Senior Accounting Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding processes, configure accounts, and ensure successful transitions to ongoing support while leveraging strong accounting knowledge and exceptional communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily client meetings to gather data and build trust
• Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts for seamless integration
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client expectations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role
• Public or multi-client accounting background
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting
• Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based accounting
