Senior Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness across all transaction cycles
• Drive process improvements and support month-end and year-end close processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive accounting experience, including government contracting experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing accounting or financial teams
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance with federal regulations
