Senior Accounting Policy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounting Policy & Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and formalize policy governance, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational goals
• Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and productivity
• Support internal controls and compliance, including SOX compliance, while managing ad hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA (or equivalent) preferred
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in public company accounting functions within a global organization
• Strong knowledge of SOX requirements and accounting policies
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across the organization
• Hands-on individual contributor with a continuous improvement mindset
