Senior Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist/Senior/Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting activities related to capital expenditures, asset retirement obligations, and oil and gas reserves
• Perform primary reviews of monthly analyses and journal entries conducted by others
• Assist with joint interest billing processes, audits, and transaction support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field
• Experience in transaction integration activities, including acquisitions and joint ventures
• Ability to adapt to continuous change and identify process gaps
• Experience in driving standardization of procedures and improving team efficiency
