Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will enhance accounts payable operations through process analysis, audit support, and cross-functional project collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate accounts payable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external controls
• Provide leadership and training to team members while supporting cross-training initiatives
• Assist with audits by supplying requested information and collaborating with management to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday or similar financial systems)
• Strong knowledge of AP compliance, including 1099 reporting and unclaimed property processes
