Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle invoice processing, including GL coding, PO matching, and issue resolution
• Oversee the AP inbox and handle vendor and internal inquiries professionally
• Execute weekly vendor payment runs and perform month-end close duties with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with full-cycle invoice processing and payment execution
• Strong understanding of internal controls and AP best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
