Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end electronic invoice workflow, including routing, approvals, and system accuracy within Concur Invoice
• Process vendor invoices and payment requests across multiple payment methods
• Administer employee expense reports and corporate card activity, ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or related fields
• Intermediate functional skills in accounting processes
• Some industry knowledge and experience
• Ability to perform routine and advanced functional tasks with some supervision
