Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including Non-PO and PO/3-way match
• Provide guidance to the Accounts Payable team and complete vendor account reconciliations
• Participate in the month-end close process and ensure compliance with SOP and SOX requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting
• Experience with Quickbooks, Epicor, or other ERP systems preferred
• BS degree in Accounting preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
