Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Summary

Ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant will design financial controls, process payments, and reconcile customer accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
• Process payments and apply them to customer accounts, while investigating discrepancies and resolving billing issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage solutions for compliance with accounting regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
• CPA preferred
• 4 years of progressive accounting experience or 3 years of public accounting experience
• Experience and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Financial industry experience preferred
