Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Summary

Leading a small team, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant will ensure accurate loan receivable accounting, maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, and implement financial controls while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Accounts Receivable staff through coaching and performance feedback
• Develop and maintain internal controls and reconciliation procedures to ensure financial reporting integrity
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with IT and business leaders for enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
• CPA designation preferred
• 4 years of progressive accounting experience or 3 years of public accounting experience
• 1 year of people management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
