Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the cash application process and ensure timely clearance of unapplied cash
• Oversee the billing process and ensure all billings are completed on time according to contracts
• Track and monitor department metrics related to cash and billing, and provide accounting support for system reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, or a high school diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
