Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage its accounts receivable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review accounts to identify delinquent partners and manage AR aging schedules
• Communicate with partners regarding past-due balances and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Process payments, perform cash applications, and resolve billing discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial role
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with ERPs or billing/collections management systems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage high transaction volumes
• Creative problem solver with a process-driven approach to work
