Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage collections and improve cash flow in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound collection activities while adhering to company guidelines
• Review account history and prepare for customer outreach regarding overdue balances
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment delays and disputes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Practical knowledge of order-to-cash processes and related systems
• Advanced spreadsheet capabilities and experience with ERP or financial systems
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
