Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AR Account Manager (Maternity Cover).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic or high-risk customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely collections
• Act as an escalation point for AR Account Managers for complex reconciliations or negotiations
• Mentor and guide junior AR team members, sharing best practices and providing training support

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite, particularly in reconciliations and reporting
• Deep understanding of end-to-end AR processes, including billing and collections
• Familiarity with credit risk management and compliance practices
• Experience in managing complex customer relationships and negotiations
• Proven ability to participate in cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert
