Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily transactions including cash, customer adjustments, refunds, and returns
Research customer account discrepancies and recommend solutions
Assist in drafting SOPs and procedure documentation, and provide recommendations for enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Two or four-year college degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience
5+ years' experience with healthcare insurance accounts receivable
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP AR modules (SAP preferred)
Must possess strong customer-facing skills
Highly detail oriented
