Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow trends and communicate with A/R Supervisor and Manager
• Train new employees and evaluate their production and quality assurance
• Prepare reports and assist the team in meeting monthly metrics and goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience with a focus on A/R analysis
• Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
• General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Excel
