Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliations
• Prepare and distribute accurate invoices, monitor customer aging, and drive collections to meet cash targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle B2B accounts receivable experience
• Experience managing high-volume transactional AR environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite; Salesforce experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
