Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AR Specialist to manage accounts receivable functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Execute customer and supplier AR workstreams, ensuring invoicing accuracy and collections follow-up
Monitor invoice data for anomalies and proactively resolve billing discrepancies
Support month-end close activities and QA BPO agent workflows for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of AR, billing operations, or accounting experience in a high-volume environment
Hands-on experience with billing disputes, reconciliations, and collections
Ability to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution
Experience collaborating with Engineering or Product on billing data and system fixes
Familiarity with NetSuite & Salesforce preferred
