Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of complex, high-value enterprise customer accounts and drive end-to-end collections
Lead the resolution of escalated billing, payment, and contract disputes while collaborating with various teams
Mentor junior AR team members and identify process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and advanced AR best practices
Advanced ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel capabilities
Experience in SaaS, subscription, or contract-based billing environments is strongly preferred
