Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounts Receivable Representative who will manage workflow trends and assist the team in achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new employees and monitor their production and quality assurance
• Review reports for open and pended invoices and escalate issues as necessary
• Prepare quality assurance reports and communicate with team members regarding their performance

Required Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
• Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience with emphasis on accounts receivable analysis
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel
