Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will monitor workflow trends, train new employees, and compile reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Train new employees and monitor their production and quality assurance
• Review and escalate issues related to open and pended invoices
• Assist the team in achieving monthly metrics and goals while preparing quality assurance reports

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience with a focus on accounts receivable analysis
• Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
• General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding
• Proficient in Excel and able to work in a fast-paced environment
