Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Taking full ownership of revenue operations, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end financial processes, including invoicing, collections, and revenue reporting, in a 100% remote capacity within the roofing and construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the revenue cycle by generating project-based invoices, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections
• Review invoice accuracy against contracts and resolve discrepancies with project managers and clients
• Support accurate revenue reporting and optimize financial systems while implementing process improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations
• Proven experience managing the full billing cycle in project-based environments
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and familiarity with roofing/construction platforms
• Comfort with insurance billing processes and understanding of payment structures
• Professional fluency in English with strong communication skills for non-finance stakeholders
