Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Taking full ownership of revenue operations, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end processes from generating quotes and invoices to ensuring timely collections while working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue operations by generating quotes, invoicing, reconciling discrepancies, and tracking receivables
• Review order accuracy and resolve discrepancies with sales or customers while responding to inquiries on invoicing
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support accurate revenue reporting and optimize key systems like QuickBooks Online and Stripe

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations
• Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle (quote-to-cash)
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe, with the ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy
• Experience with process improvements, system upgrades, and automation projects
• Familiarity with startup accounting practices and adaptability to evolving priorities
