Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up and denial activities with payers to resolve claim payment issues
• Mentor AR Specialist team members on the denials and appeals process
• Document activities accurately and provide recommendations to management on trends and issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or medical collections
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards as established
