Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accreditation Specialist who will serve as a subject matter expert regarding accreditation standards and continuous quality improvement principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate delegation oversight mechanisms for complex plans
  • Conduct file reviews, identify gaps, and perform re-audits as required
  • Create policies and procedures to support accreditation activities and maintain readiness schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of related accreditation, quality improvement, HEDIS, and/or NCQA experience
  • CPHQ certification preferred
  • Licensed healthcare professional preferred
