Senior Accumulations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide accumulations capabilities, the full-time Senior Integrated Accumulations Manager will optimize benefit administration and claims processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute accumulations strategy aligned with organizational goals and member experience objectives
• Oversee the design and maintenance of integrated accumulations solutions across multiple products and benefit plans
• Monitor accumulations performance and establish metrics to measure operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in integrated accumulations, benefits administration, or healthcare technology
• At least 2+ years of people leadership and team management experience
• Deep understanding of healthcare accumulations and related vendor integrations
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives
