Senior ACH Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day operational support, the full-time Senior ACH Operations Analyst will manage ACH Return Monitoring, assist in creating operational procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining operational procedures
• Monitor exposure limits for ACH Originators and act as a liaison between clients and the Strategic Finance Team
• Conduct ACH Investigations, including requests for records of authorization and daily reconciliation of payment activity

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in an ACH payments-focused operations or risk environment
• Bachelor's Degree prioritized for operational strength
• Strong understanding of Nacha Operating Rules
• Demonstrated ability to own workstreams autonomously with minimal managerial oversight
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, and similar tools
