Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Acquisition Sales to lead their outbound acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a team of Sales Representatives for new customer acquisition through outbound efforts
- Establish scalable sales processes and drive strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Track and analyze key sales metrics to optimize results and collaborate cross-functionally on sales enablement content
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales, preferably in the hosting industry
- Experience leading outbound customer acquisition efforts with a history of exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of high-volume prospecting and ability to coach teams effectively
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Operational mindset with skills in pipeline management and performance tracking
