Senior Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support Federal leasing and space acquisition procurement actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Procurement Request (PR) packages for leasing and space acquisition
• Maintain accurate electronic records and monitor open commitments to ensure compliance with fiscal law and regulations
• Provide technical guidance on PR processing and reconcile prior-year budgets for leasing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal leasing or space acquisition
• Prior experience with GSA leasing processes and market analysis preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance
