Senior Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support Federal leasing and space acquisition procurement actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Procurement Request (PR) packages for leasing and space acquisition
• Maintain accurate electronic records and monitor open commitments for compliance with fiscal law and agency policies
• Provide technical guidance on PR processing and reconcile prior-year budgets to maximize fund utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal leasing, space acquisition, or related procurement functions
• Prior experience with GSA leasing processes and lease documentation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance; travel may be required
