Senior Acquisitions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Acquisitions Manager to lead growth in the acquisition of manufactured housing communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a pipeline of off-market and broker-first opportunities for acquiring manufactured housing communities
• Build and sustain relationships with brokers and owners to ensure consistent deal flow and recognition as a preferred buyer
• Screen, analyze, and present acquisition opportunities while ensuring alignment with investment criteria and issuing timely Letters of Intent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in acquisitions, brokerage, or commercial real estate investment, preferably in manufactured housing
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
• Proven success in sourcing and closing real estate transactions
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
