Senior Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop streamlined tools and perform quantitative analyses for reserving accuracy and insurance program optimization
• Build and maintain tools and dashboards for loss analysis and trend monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate operational insights into actuarial workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role within the insurance industry
• Understanding of statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical packages
• Experience in reserving and pricing
• Completed at least 5 actuarial exams
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and experience with ETL and Python (or R) preferred
