Senior Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst, Financial Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of state and federal regulatory reports and financial projections
• Maintain cash flow and capital models for financial planning and regulatory compliance
• Reconcile financial data and assist in developing reporting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Progress toward Associate of the Society of Actuaries designation (e.g., 2+ actuarial exams passed)
• 3-5 years of relevant actuarial experience in a health plan or insurance regulatory setting
• Familiarity with statutory accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements
• Technical skills including Excel, SQL, and other actuarial tools
• Broad understanding of managed care business and financial principles
