Senior Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join their Pricing team and enhance their car insurance offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize car insurance rating plans and rate indications
• Support actuarial rate filings for new machine learning models and pricing features
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to implement pricing logic and monitor performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of P&C actuarial experience, preferably in personal lines pricing
• 3 CAS exams required, with 4 or more preferred
• Proficiency in database query tools such as SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• General knowledge of data science programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
