Job Summary
To support the Property & Casualty Actuarial team, the full-time Senior Actuarial Analyst will analyze large datasets, build models and dashboards, and automate workflows while collaborating with experienced analysts and actuaries, with the option to work remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client-specific deliverables related to renewals and special projects
- Conduct actuarial reserve analyses, captive feasibility studies, and loss forecasting
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and analysis using tools like Excel, R, Python, and SQL
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Data Science
- 2-5 years of related insurance industry experience
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language (R, Python, SQL)
- Progress toward Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) certification is a plus
- Ability to manage tasks independently while working as part of a team
